INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We receive information you provide when placing an order, contacting us or making a request, including your name, email address, delivery and billing addresses, order details and correspondence.

We receive transaction information, such as payment status, from the services involved in processing your order.

Our store and its integrations also process information about visits and shopping activity, including pages viewed, checkout events, browser and device information, IP addresses and online identifiers.

Information can come directly from your browser, from Shopify and from the providers involved in your transaction.

You do not have to provide information unrelated to your request. Without the details necessary for an order or delivery, we may be unable to provide that service.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

Orders and customer service:
We use information to accept and fulfil purchases, arrange delivery, communicate about your order and handle returns. For UK GDPR purposes, our basis is performing a contract or taking steps you request before entering one.

Legal records:
We use information to meet applicable accounting, tax and other legal duties, relying on compliance with legal obligations.

Security and disputes:
We use information to investigate fraud, protect the store and address complaints or legal claims, relying on our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business, balanced against your rights.

Advertising measurement:
We use information to understand whether advertising leads to visits and purchases. Where consent is required, consent is the basis for this processing and the associated optional tracking technologies.

Shopify and advertising services

Shopify provides our ecommerce platform and processes information to provide its services. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled: Shopify also processes personal information about interactions with our store and other merchants to provide enhanced services, including personalization, security, analytics and advertising. Shopify is responsible for its processing for those purposes.

Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy explains its processing, including services such as Shop Pay. You can exercise rights relating to Shopify’s own processing through its privacy portal.

We use MGID for advertising and conversion measurement.

The installed integration can associate an MGID advertising click identifier, such as adclid, with page and checkout events. It can use cookies, local storage and session storage to retain or read that identifier and send the identifier and event name to MGID.

MGID’s sensor can also make page-view requests. We also have integrations for Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok and X, and Google Tag Manager, that can process browsing and shopping events for analytics or advertising according to their configuration. Advertising partners may associate these events with online identifiers or their own accounts. The data involved can include pages viewed, checkout activity, device information and click identifiers.

Facebook and Instagram by Meta

We use the Facebook & Instagram by Meta integration for advertising measurement. When enabled and permitted by your privacy choices, the Meta Pixel and Conversions API share browsing and shopping events, including pages viewed, products viewed, additions to the shopping bag, checkout activity and completed purchases. Event data can include product identifiers, purchase values, currency, browser and device information, IP addresses and advertising click identifiers.

Advanced matching can also share contact information, such as your name, email address, phone number and location, to help Meta match these events to its users and measure or personalize advertising. Where consent is required, optional tracking waits for consent. Applicable sale or sharing opt-outs are respected. You can also manage activity through Meta’s Off-Facebook Activity settings. WHO RECEIVES INFORMATION

Information is disclosed to Shopify, the payment providers, fulfilment partners and delivery providers involved in your order, and the advertising or analytics services described above when used for those purposes. Our fulfilment warehouse is in China and receives the order and delivery information needed to prepare and dispatch your purchase.

Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to establish or defend legal rights.

INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING

PRADO WOLF LLC is based in the United States, and our service providers can process information in other countries. Data protection rules may differ between countries.

Shopify describes its transfer arrangements, including contractual safeguards for relevant UK transfers, in its Data Processing Addendum.

HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION

Retention depends on the information and its purpose.

We assess whether information is still needed to fulfil an order, provide support, handle returns or resolve an outstanding matter; whether applicable recordkeeping laws require retention; and whether a relevant legal claim or limitation period requires preservation.

Advertising information is assessed against the measurement purpose and applicable consent choices.

Cookies and privacy choices

Our store and integrations use cookies, local storage and similar technologies for essential store functions, analytics and advertising. Essential technologies support functions such as the shopping bag, checkout and security. Optional technologies support measurement and personalization.

Where privacy or cookie controls are presented, use them to manage the choices available in your region. You can also use your browser controls to block or delete cookies, although this may affect store functions.

Our Your Privacy Choices page provides the available opt-out from sale or sharing for targeted advertising under applicable US state laws. You can also contact us to make a privacy request. We do not charge a fee simply to exercise privacy rights or discriminate against you for exercising them.

Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information.

You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and object to direct marketing at any time.

You can withdraw consent for future consent-based processing without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Contact support@noblemeridian.com to exercise your rights. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity.

You can complain to us or, for UK data protection matters, to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Your right to contact another competent authority is unaffected.

SECURITY AND CHILDREN

Our store runs on Shopify, which describes its platform security safeguards in its Data Processing Addendum. No transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Please do not send full payment-card details in ordinary email.

We do not seek personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information to us can contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We update this policy when our processing changes and show the revision date above. Where required, we provide further notice of a material change.
